In trading on Wednesday, the SPDR S&P Oil & Gas Exploration & Production ETF (XOP) is outperforming other ETFs, up about 2.6% on the day.  Components of that ETF showing particular strength include shares of Devon Energy (DVN), up about 9.8% and shares of Emerald Oil (EOX), up about 8.9% on the day.
